Mama’s Crockpot Macaroni & Cheese

Out of all the dishes I make for parties or other events, this is the recipe I get asked for the most. It feeds a group and it’s a classic that goes well with everything. Yum!

1 Box of Elbow Macaroni

1 Stick of Butter, Melted

1 Can of Cheese Soup

1 Can of Evaporated Milk (16 oz)

1 Egg

1⁄2 Cup of Sour Cream or Plain Greek Yogurt

1 lb of Shredded Cheese (Triple Cheddar)

1⁄2 tsp Dry Mustard

Salt and Pepper to Taste


Cook your Macaroni according to the box. Spray your Crockpot with cooking spray and add your cooked Macaroni. Mix together your other ingredients (except for your cheese) then add to your Crockpot. Mix in your cheese and stir well. Cook on low for 1 1⁄2 to 2 hours while stirring occasionally.
