Previously, I thought it was just an obvious concept: don’t drink while you are pregnant. But I was left wondering why we don’t talk about alcohol consumption and pregnancy more.

Ah, the New Year. It is a beautiful time to take a moment to reflect and to renew our focus on what we really want our lives to look like. It truly is a very special time that comes but once a year. This year, I want to help you reframe the typical New Year's resolutions and actually use that renewed energy and vigor to dream again, as well as give you the tools to take action.
